Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip
2 blocks of cream cheese
1 Hidden Valley ranch dip mix
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 Beer of choice ( I like using an IPA but any will work)
Start mixing all ingredients except the beer in mixer, then slowly add
in about 8-10 ounces of beer. Consistency should be like pancake batter.
Note: It will get thicker once chilled.
Serve cold with pretzels.
Drink the rest of the beer, then open another because 2-4 ounces is not enough.
